Could someone recommend easy way to find smartphone with different OS & is in low to affordable price range, user friendly operating system, UI, has apps & other useful features & easy to operate, install or preinstalled?

This forum is about the mobile OS Ubuntu Touch.You can find the list of supported devices here at : https://devices.ubuntu-touch.io
As for the price it will depend on your country and what you have access to as some people pointed out in this forum.BTW I moved your post to "Off Topic" as it is about "different OS" and not specifically Ubuntu-Touch.
