I am just curious, what would be your advantage, to use UBports on a Rasberry Pi, instead of a regular Ubuntu installation?
Yes, you can convert the Pi to a cellphone, but that's a big work with a lot of extra hardware.

Looks not very handy as a daily driver... 😉

Yes it could be cool to see ubports on a Pi but it has no added value compared to Raspbian 😉
            I didn't knew the PiPhone 😄 It's a big phone! ^^

Ubuntu is the way / Nexus 5

              Haha... PiPhone, funny project! B-)
Yeah.. I'm just love the graphical interface of unity7 / unity8, that's all.

I have a touch screen for my Raspberry Pi. Ubuntu Touch is well designed for touch screen, small screens and low spec devices. Plus UT running natively on a Pi opens up a huge potential development base.

@Mark please, don't resurrect such an old thread. It's way better to open a new one 😉

Thank you for your understanding 🙂
