@paolo-0 Have you compared the apn/network settings between android and UT.

Hi, i use this device for long time without problems but i received a new sim card.
I put this one in my device. I boot the phone, i type the pin code with success it spends a few seconds searching for my mobile network and then says denied.
Its not a problem with the sim card because i try it with an old android phone. -

@paolo-0
Your SIM seems to be recognized. And if you try to switch to 2G only then back to 2/3/4G. Does it works ?( i hope you are not talking about Internet connexion via Cellular ) ?.
Just try sms call without Cellular Data on first of course -
@lduboeuf
I had tried that first. it was always refused.
I tried again and this time the phone constantly searches for the network without finding it.
It's the same with 2G to 4G.
I tried sms call. Answer : no network -
@Paolo-0 Well idk what can be the issue could you precise your provider and Country ?
-
Not sure if this applies here too, but want to mention it anyway in case it helps.
I had two simcards working in my OP5T (and Xperia X before). All fine. When I got a new simcard from my provider, they said it was latest state of art and also supporting 5G and whatnot.
But in my OP5T this card did only work in sim slot 2 and only when used as single card. When putting it into the other slot or using two simcards it won't work.
They do both work fine in my Xperia X though.But my guess is, that the new cards need more power than the older ones. So if you have a 5122 with two slots, try swapping that card in both slots.

@danfro
thank you but it's 4g sim card and the device is with a one slot only.Can't it be that the provider enable something like RCS and you have to disable it in your plan ?
