Fingerprint unlock issue

@carl Will retry on mine but it was working quite well last time I checked.

@carl Ok just tried mine. It will open the phone when screen is on not when screen is off which is how it should be iirc. Now every so often I do have toclearand reentre my fingerprint but not sure if that is because I don't have the phone on all that much or as I work outside a lot my fingerprint gets messed up quite a bit.
Edit; Just remembered I also need to entre it again after an update 9times out of 10 but I am on devel. -
I tried again still nothing
I will wait for the next update

I found the solution
In * System Setting/Security & Privacy
1 - Fingerprint ID/Add Fingerprint
After registering a fingerprint
2 - Locking and unlocking
and choose
A fingerprint -

Hi, I'm new with UT and I was wondering if it's possible to change this parameter to unlock when screen is off ?

@AmauryDBZ Not as far as I am aware. Screen needs to be on first then it should work.

@Lakotaubp and would it be feasible by changing some .conf file or any other 'light' modification ?
