      Hello everyone,

I have already browsed through the site regarding creating a Webapp for Skype and some of them were from 2 years ago.

Does anyone have a working custom user agent string for the current Skype webapp (web.skype.com)?

For reference, I can run Skype without any issues on Morph Browser but when I share/forward it to Webber, it just keeps saying "Device not supported."

I've only tried the following, so far:

      Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/113.0.0.0 Safari/537.36 Edg/113.0.1774.35

      Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_15_7) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/113.0.0.0 Safari/537.36 Edg/113.0.1774.35

      Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/113.0.0.0 Safari/537.36 Edg/113.0.1774.35

      Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/113.0.0.0 Safari/537.36 Edg/113.0.1774.35

      Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/113.0.0.0 Safari/537.36 Edg/113.0.1774.35

If somebody can share a working string for Skype, that would be very helpful in saving time. Thanks in advance.

Update: I can use Skype inside Morph and my logins are persistent. It's just that the webapp creation is a bit tricky as web.skype.com redirects to 4 different IP addresses.

I tried applying my most reliable user agent but to no avail.

I am going to just use Skype inside Morph, for now. It's not a messaging platform that I am actually using a lot. It's just that some clients prefer to use it for comms.

@TakoR There is a Skype webapp in the store... You can give it a try...

@mihael I tried it but it has the same issue as the one I tried to create. It says that the device is unsupported, even though it works properly with Morph.

There may actually be some issues with redirection as web.skype.com redirects to 4 different addresses when entered.

Anyway, I will try the webapp in the store again but editing specific user agents for:

            web.skype.com
            login.live.com
            lw.skype.com
            login.skype.com

@mihael Upon trying the Skype webapp from Open Store again, it just....worked! Anyway, I will just use this for now and see in my spare time how the redirections were made smoothly. Cheers.

@TakoR Yes, it works... That is what I use... If I remember correctly it can't upload pictures... And for that I use skype in the Morph Browser.
