Kernel is not seandroid enforcing

Hello,
I have the following problem: When I was flashing my samsung s3 neo with ubports-installer, then the message: Kernel is not seandroid enforcing. It also did not reboot
The strange thing is, when I go into recovery mode, I see that ubuntu files are stored, but I can not start ubuntu touch or it comes the message in red kernel is not ....

@mrt10001 Hi, thanks for the info.
I managed to install UT on the S3 neo with the help of the community. Did it with Windows.

@bruzzler Sorry for the delay.. Just been installing on some more S3 Neo+'s.....
Windows always fails me with UT and Samsung, but Ubuntu works. Must be Heimdall drivers!
I kept getting it stuck on the boot logo after install which hasn't happened before. If I power off (using the power button), wait and then power on UT always launches.
OTA-25. All looks as expected so far.

@bruzzler Kernel is not seandroid enforcing just means that is a custom ROM (not the oriiginal operating sytem ) and have no effects. This answer appears in LinneageOS blogs.
