Falkon as browser as a tip
-
Hello,
While running firefox in libertine is very nice option instead of morph, for security reasons, DNS leaks, and a bit too simple. I can add that Falkon is a good option too. And if you dont like the forever spinning wheel installing it. install plasma window manager first. then Falkon.
What was really intresting was having android/smartphone finger scrolling working out of the box. While the add-on in firefox is a bit problematic.
Remove the desktop icons you dont want, adjust the size of UI and enjoy.

If I am not mistaken, Falkon is also Qt snd QtWebEngine soI would expect it to work well with touch. Actually, it might even work better if it runs natively on mirclient/wayland instead of xwayland.

@kugiigi can you share your settings for display scaling, so that firefox in linertine is really usable

if you use libertine tweektools fron open store you can scale things up to make firefox better. Also, have a look around at all the add-ons you can try. Sush as "scroll anyware".
For Falkon, if you install plasma window manager, you will get settings to mess around with. themes and button size. However. Having that setup is messing with firefox, making things too big if you want to have booth firefox and falkon. (for example as isolated browsing)
So, a bit tricky there.
