Save my telephone numbers, etc

I am going to install the latest version of Ubuntu Ports on my BQ Aquarius 4.5 (ubuntu touch inside).
Do you know how i can save my telephone numbers, sms, etc before installing the new os?

@gabriel I think is a good idea to save the whole content of
/hometo get everything, it gives you peace of mind.Anyway the content you're asking for is in
.local/share/evolution/
