Somebody with reliable dual-SIM?

Hi, i've flashed a Volla22 with UT 20.04 OTA-4. Everything seems to work like expected, the only thing that's strange is dual-SIM functionality. On my Volla (yggdrasil) it's normal, that almost instantly after the lock screen is loaded both SIM-cards are ready and usable.
On the Volla22 it seems to take pretty long to detect the SIM-Cards. The card in slot2 seems to be detected faster and so cellular-data is switched from sim1 to sim2, which isn't working in focal. Sometimes sim1 isn't detected at all.
This is what i've already tested:

• Both cards in yggdrasil with OTA-4 -> works
• Only one SIM-card in mimameid (doesn't matter which slot and which card) -> works
• Both cards in mimameid with VollaOS -> works
• Both cards in mimameid with UT 16.04 / 20.04 -> doesn't work / gamble

So my question is: Does somebody use a Volla22 with two SIM-Cards and it's working like intended?

Yes, both SIMs work.
I only use mobile data from SIM1 and data roaming is activated.
For outgoing calls/messages I selected SIM1.
The connection type for SIM1: 2G/3G/4G for SIM2: 2G/3G

Network provider SIM1: drei.at SIM2: blau.de
UT 24.04 (OTA-4) installed with ubports-installer

@chris_bavaria I use SIM1 only for cellular-data and SIM2 for calls/messaging. Because of the slow activation of the cards (SIM1 is ready maybe 10 seconds later than SIM2), mostly SIM2 is switched to be the cellular-data card. That's really annoying.
