JingPad install help near Sydney, Australia

I'm in NSW Australia near Sydney/Wollongong.
I have a JingPad C1. Physically it is a nice device, but no matter how hard I try, I have not been able to install Touch.Is there some one near my locality who is prepared to troubleshoot my device to install Touch for me? I am happy to pay for time used.
