Hello! All the phones that Ubuntu Touch can be installed on, are listed on the device page.
If it's not on that list, you can't install it.
Each device needs to have its own custom version made, we call that a port; making a port is not easy or fast, it takes a lot of work.Downloading Ubuntu Touch to a phone is not really a thing so I assumed you meant installing. If i got that wrong, please let me know.
