    OTA 5 upgrade pixel 3A problems

      After the upgrade, no network/internet icon showing screen-top on reboot. In fact only shows about, battery, sound.

      Opening settings app explicitly has huge delay with swirly circling, but eventually opens, and does show a network/internet icon, which when opened makes the SIM work and enables (with some manual on and off) WiFi.

      After that, all is well until the next reboot, when the issue recurs.

      Any ideas?

        At least I assumed it was OTA 5. Details from the phone:

        OS build number
        2024-W30/2

        Kernel
        4.9.124-g9d9bacba70be-ab722 (arm64)

        Device image part
        20240620-9208

          @nom Pixel 3a seems fine on OTA-5. I think you are still on the Release candidate. Change your update channel to Stable and see if that resolves the issue.
