I am using UT Tweak Tool to enable RNDIS, which enables USB tethering. On any linux-based operating system, RNDIS works fine. However, when I wish to do this for Windows, specifically Tiny11, it does not work. I cannot seem to find any RNDIS drivers or anything else that could possibly fix this issue. Any suggestions?

@thedeafenguy On my OP5, it is picked up in Windows fine. I just have to tweak to get Network access.

@MrT10001 I probably should have said this earlier, but I am on a Pixel 3a XL, on OTA-5. In device manager, I see it under "Other devices" with a name of "RNDIS" and it has a error checkmark next to it. It does not register as a connection for me on Windows.

@thedeafenguy You may have to update the driver. Try Windows first before looking online for a driver solution.

@MrT10001 I have searched for a few days for drivers now and I can't find any. Do you have any suggestions on where I can find such drivers?

@thedeafenguy I have done some research. Windows has had native RNDIS drivers since Windows XP, so it should work.

You are using Tiny 11 so it is basic Windows 11 with a lot stripped out. Have you checked in optional updates in Windows update?

@MrT10001 I have checked optional updates, and there was nothing.

@thedeafenguy This could be worth a try.

Download the Google USB driver ZIP from here.

Unzip to a location you can find easily.

Connect the Pixel 3a to the PC and go into device manager.

If it connects with an exclamation mark, then update the driver using the unzipped file.

If it connects as a COM device do the same.

If this installs, reboot the PC and see if connects as a Network device.

@MrT10001 That driver did not work, however, after looking through drivers I was able to select from the list, the "Remote NDIS Compatible Device" worked.
