        Hello everyone,

I'm using Ubuntu One+One 5T for some months now. Yesterday I accidentally turned the phone off, and I don't know why, it didn't boot any more on Ubuntu. It stays bugging on the first screen (One+ logo in the centre and down the screen it's written 'Powered by Android')... Usually, this screen appears before the device actually boots on Ubuntu.

Is it something you already faced? Does anyone can suggest me a trick to turn on my phone again?

Thank you for reading, and replying!
        Best regards,
        Adrien

@Ad You can try powering off, boot to recovery and reflash without the erase data checkbox ticked.
To power off you can press the power off and volume up buttons for 15s (I don't have the OP5T, but it should work for any device).

May the source be with you

@Ad If the device is low on charge it may hang on the OP logo. Before you run it through installer again, boot into recovery and wipe the cache. You may have an app or background process causing the boot hang.

                Hello!
Thanks for you suggestion. I found the screen, selected 'Wipe cache' but nothing more happened (contrary to the other buttons 'wipe data' and 'wipe system', I didn't answered 'yes' to the confirmations that were asked).
I rebooted anyway, but the situation remains the same...

Maybe I'll need to reinstall Ubuntu, but I know the developer mode has to be selected. Yet, I can't reach the menu to select it...

No. Only the fastboot mode is needed with the
                  UBports installer

@Ad As @domubpkm stated, only fastboot is needed. Fastboot is also the boot loader, so boot to fastboot, open the UT installer and manually select your device from the drop down list on the installer front page. Connect your device and set the installer going, following the instructions and NOT leaving the wipe data bo unticked.
