On my Redmi 9 lancelot - a long time ago I broke my touchscreen and replaced it with one I bought from Aliexpress - it worked ok on MIUI - but when I install ubports on it I don't have a touchscreen - I can only use a mouse. Is there a way to install driver for touchscreen on ubports?

          Hi @stoyanov_vl

Ports are made to a dedicated hardware, so I'm not surprised that the new touchscreen doesn't work.
In order to fix that you would have to follow the porting guide in order to understand what it is to port for a device and tackle the specific issue of your specific touchscreen...

          Here's the documentation:

@stoyanov_vl Reboot the device and leave it alone for about 10 minutes after booting up, the screen may kick in. I have had similar issues on other devices with a screen replacement. Another thing to try, if that fails is to back up data and do a clean install of UT.

Xiaomi Redmi Note 7.... And more...
            I have too many devices...
