Revert to original OS on Lenovo Tab M10 HD X306F

Hi all!
I've ran and played around with Ubuntu Touch. However, my use-case has changed and it would be mighty handy to give into our Tech Overlords again and be able to use Android with Google Play Store. Is there a way to revert back to the original OS (or better yet: dual boot?!)?

@holly_x No dual boot I am afraid. easiest way back to Android is to use the Lenovo Software tool (formerly LMSA) which requires a windows PC and logging in, then following the instructions and leaving it alone to do it's thing (it appears to be doing nothing but stays at 25% for about 3 minutes).
