Unable to install Unity8 using unity8-desktop-install-tools

As mentioned in github:
https://github.com/ubports/unity8-desktop-install-tools/issues/19, the unity8-desktop-install-tools is unable to be installed in bionic.It says that qtbase-abi-5-9-2 and qtdeclarative-abi-5-9-3 packages is not installable
Any workarounds possible? -
