The UK has now implemented the Great Firewall of the UK to "protect us" from the internet's bad things (in the Governments opinion).
We already have monitoring of social media and people getting jailed for posting comments deemed inflammatory by the Government and UK justice system.
Now this article has appeared and this has been mooted before, but is now in the Governments sight.
Instead of jailing people who actually steal the devices, they want to basically end the second hand phone market.
I would definitely consider a VPN (I subscribe to one)......
