Bluetooth pairing for Noble

Can anyone tell me if the changes Muhammad made to the Bluetooth connection are already included in Noble's daily build?
I haven't seen it in

but maybe I missed it.
Any idea when it will be introduced if it hasn't been incorporated yet? -
