BQ M10 FHD warranty returns

Well my device was sent back to Madrid from Tennessee,on Feb 8th, and given up as lost in the mail.
I had a surprise today May 17th,it was returned to me,still in the original packaging,and the correct adresses on it, of course I am happy to get it back,but I still have to deal with the problem of the device not remembering WIFI password.
Curious, how it got to Madrid but not to the address concerned. -
