    OnePlus Nord 100 (BE2012) device not supported

      Hi, I am trying to use ubports app in Ubuntu to install Ubuntu touch on OnePlus Nord 100 (BE2012) but the installer says:

      Device Not Supported.

      your device: OnePlusN100TMO

      Is this a bug or a legitimate issue? Is there any other way to install on this device?

        Hi.
        If you are still using Android, you can try these commands to get a clearer picture:
        adb shell getprop ro.product.name
        adb shell getprop | grep incremental

          Read the porters notes here.

          It looks like you have the T-Mobile version of the N100. You need to upgrade/downgrade to the stipulated firmware used by the porter.

          Here is a similar story.
