        #OpenBSD 5.4 on a Sharp Zaurus SL-C3100.
        While 6.0 was the last version to support Zaurus, X breaks in 5.5. I don't have a working network card yet, but hopefully will soon.
        #NetBSD still supports the Zaurus, but I wasn't able to install it.

            @goldfish I found a few Japanese archives with a lot of old distros the last time I broke out the Zaurus to mess around. Not a ton left, though.
            I think what I'd want most (outside of working 5G on an SDIO card or something) would be Palm Graffiti-style input.

              @sleet01 I have a good number of Palm devices but never got into using Graffiti. I know some people who are really fast with it though.

                    @goldfish most recent @netbsd version I see on NYC*BUG dmesgd is 9.99 from 2019:
                    https://dmesgd.nycbug.org/dmesgd?do=index&fts=Sharp+Zaurus

                    Good luck on the project and please post any dmesg updates to the dmesg collection if you can.

                        @goldfish This is so cool. We need more of these devices that are not much more expensive than a bigger and better laptop.
