Slow download speeds with UBports Installer

*what is the download speed of ubports installer,My Ubuntu ports installer downloads at0.03,0.22 and not completed even after an hour?
*My internet speed is 70mbps.From 24th of may,2024 I am experiencing this difficulty.Is there no way to speed up or some other way of flashing ut focal or xeniel to my device pixel 3aXl and Xiaomi Redmi note 9.pl help. -
