Is possible to install .AppImages ?I tried and it didnt work

Currently the system doesn't allow for AppImage.
We only recently (I mean Alfred) managed to handle snaps but a complete integration into the OS is not yet possible as well.So if you're willing to take upon yourself to bring this feature to Ubuntu Touch, please do.
Else it is not in our radar at the moment. -
