When starting the Terminal you can a bar at the top of the Keyboardf with many very usefull special keys.

Is this bar part of the Keyboard or part of the Terminal?

Having these Shortcutes everywhere were you could need them (like word prediction) would be very useful.

@CatWithUT It is part of the terminal app. You can even customize it, don't remember how, but someone modified some XMLs in this forum.

May the source be with you

What kind of shortcuts do you need? The OSK have some "shortcuts" or actions already, if you're not yet aware, just swipe from the bottom edge or long press the space key πŸ˜‰

@kugiigi Thanks for asking! πŸ˜„ I know the Arrow and Touch Area of the Keyboard exsits. But I would need tap, ctrl, alt, ... more or less the keyboard modifier keys

@CatWithUT Were you ever able to figure out a way? I'm very much used to Termux where I simply press a modifier button and then the other key, as if I had sticky keys enabled on a hardware keyboard...

@GooglyBear No. I use a phone case with a keyboard now. So non issue for me now but still an issue for OSK.
