accused by the forum software? then you could try to trick it like www dot homepage dot com.
or accused by some admin? then maybe you can give a high level summary using some internet searchable terms. did you build the cable yourself? I've seen some guides about that.

Accused by the software : )It was an easy build. I had the USB serial device already, had to find an audio plug. I also had an inexpensive digital voltage display so I added that and an adjustable pot to it. It work but some garbage gets through.

Say apple.muncy, (or someone else?!) could you help me somehow to get (or make)such a cable for myself? There are a number of guides for how to build these online, eg, http://www.pabr.org/consolejack/consolejack.en.html#
But I'm seriously out of my depth here. I know how to use a compiler, but I know shit about electronics. I'm not up to the challenge of building this all by myself. -
