Onepluse6T OTG dosn't work? how to mount USB?

Onepluse6T ubuntu touch can not identify USB， Is that a known issue for OTG not recognized？ anyone can help how to mount the external USB to device? thanks in advance！

@liam Works on mine. USB pen drive is formatted to FAT32. Attach via OTG cable and it picks the drive up in file manager.
