how to fix it ?

appreciate if anyone can help for this issue?
I can install official image of Android from the Fairphone site(Android 11) successfully,
but no matter I tried how many times when install Ubuntu Touch, it still can not work as show the same issue like below,
even running in the fastbootd mode, I think the partition it lives on got deleted or corrupted, but I don't know how to fix it,
below log show the error.

@MrT10001 thanks your response, when charging and I plug the USB storage into the OTG HUB,it is not work. and when reading USB storage then plug the charger, USB storage will remove automatically. I don't know if anyone have encounter this issue, please share you experience, thanks!

1+6T can not read USB and charging together when use OTG USB HUB, that is the known issue or can fix it?

@ikoz I search in internet and find below solution, but not work, even memory fully used, but swap used still is 0, I don't know why.
