why can't i use otg devices on my poco x3?

when i try to use an external storage like pendrive its not showing is there any fix

It works. You need to have the OTG USB stick formatted to FAT32 and access it through the file manager on UT, then tap the three bars on the top left and scroll down and it should appear at the bottom.
