Volla Phone 22 Bricked: bootloop + red state message

Hi, I bought a second hand Volla 22 and when I turned it on I found out it was bricked
This is what happens when I turn it on: the Volla logo appears next to the following message: Red state Your device has failed verification and may not work properly, please download boot image with correct signature or disable verify boot. Your device will restart in 5 seconds.After a few seconds, the phone restarts itself and the same thing happens again in an endless loop.
I'd be grateful if you could help me unbrick the phone. I really want to try Ubuntu touch.
