Seems this issue had a complicated history of being closed or not. I guess if the original reproduction still applies it should be reopened. If it's not the same, or not sure it's the same, someone should open a new one.

We dont reopen this, since it was applied to the master branch and therefore will land only in 16.04 OTA-4.
