        so i want to install ubuntu touch on my lenovo tab m10 hd x306f but the problem is i don't know if i can install it on the 32gb variant does it work or no?

          i just texted with gemini and it said that it should work on the 2gb ram 32gb rom version but im not so sure if it will 100% work bc it's an ai so does it work or not?

            @jaden24077 Ahem, it works with the 2Gb/32Gb variant, but the user experience is not as good as with the 4Gb/64Gb variant, i.e multiple apps open slow the system right down. You will need to get Android 11 onto the device which is a bit of a challenge but very doable.

              @MrT10001 i just tried to flash it with android 10 i know im stoopid because i didn't read it and now the screen just stays blank after rebooting into fastboot for the second time after what i assume ,flashing the new recovery

                @jaden24077 You need a Windows machine and the Lenovo Software Fix tool. You will need to install it and log in with a Google/Facebook account or create a Lenovo account.You will need the devices serial number printed on the sticker on the rear of the device. Then perform a recovery and follow the instructions on the screen. This tool works with Windows only - if you get the choice of choosing the 4Gb/64Gb version choose that version and you will get Android 11. If not there is a way to spoof the tool to get Android 11 installed.

                  @MrT10001 i just unbricked it thanks for the help and should i try it agaIn without disconnecting cables and stuff? because it was (stuck) on a grey screen so i restarted it and then it hard bricked

                    @MrT10001 does it also work on 2GB/32GB version with android 10 because there isn't a update to android 11?
