Camera not working on Pro 5

The camera is not working on my Meizu Pro 5 , all that is happening when i try to open it is the icon appears and the circle goes round and round and...

Has anyone else had this issue ?

Look like a reinstall with "NO WIPE" should work.

or, be the easiest route.
