Cherry Mobile S7 Flare. Can I install Ubuntu Touch on it?

I am an avid user of Ubuntu and I like the Unity DE...and ever since they announce about that Ubuntu will be available on smart phones. I am always anticipating an update for it and what devices are suoported on it. But its always on Google Nexus phone which is not available in my region and too expensive for me play with it. Since then I look for a cheap phone that I can install custom roms on it and I can play the OS. I found Cherry Mobile which has a lot of custom rom support. I wanted to try it out for Ubuntu Touch. Can Ubuntu Touch be installed on this phone?
