Bluetooth car(Audi RS4) connection doesn't work

I'm not able to successfully pair my phone(BQ 4.5/OTA8«»Audi RS4 B7). Does anybody know if this is a known issue and how to fix/workaround it ?

can you have a connection ?? do you try to disconnect and reconnect the phone with the car?
bluthoot work but its not inteligent ( mic or controle via bluethoot work its a know issue)!

@lebanal on the phone it shows status "connected" but no connection on car side. Disconnecting and connecting again didn't work either.
