I downloaded the update to 383, and touched install then the restart/ install the touch bar changed colour,but nothing happened ?
I try to restart from the regular off restart option,the device goes off,does not restart.
When I pressed,vol-up and off,to get recovery, it installed the update.

Failing to restart was happening before I tried to update
