N5, two annoying camera bugs fixed in RC

Bug 611 "Camera app image freeze" and bug 23 "No video recording possible" are now fixed in the last RC, thanks to a fix from @rubencarneiro (Ruben Carneiro).
Don't wait for OTA-9, try the last RC !

i found this quite by mistake this morning when i took a pic and the camera didnt freeze...then i proceeded to take 15 pictures in quick succession. Great work folks!
