@UBportsNews Could you explain, seen from the user experience side, which current problems/failures will be "automatically" corrected by the new Mir/new Unity 8 configuration?
Hi Ubports Team ! A question .... 0AD or games for ubuntu 16.04 its possible to run ? thanx for you answer !
(hello from France! )
Will there be any "power down" / "shut off phone" animations? I made a rough one but I can't get it to work;
We answer questions like this pretty often. The last time was for Quake: https://ubports.com/blog/ubports-blog-1/post/ubuntu-touch-q-a-52-232
Ubuntu Touch supports the SDL2 library. If a game uses SDL2 for hardware acceleration, it will run accelerated on Ubuntu Touch. It will need to be put in a Click package to take advantage of this acceleration. The game will also need to be available for 32-bit ARM architecture.
@UniSuperBox Hello if we need to click to run the desktop games why use libertine? me I think (and that's what I see on github) that it would be necessary to put the material acceleration on libertine because half of the desktop app does not launch .. (I tried 0AD) ben he goes off desuite good after I support the project at 100%;) so I do not criticize at all but it will be cool the new version of mir and Unity 8! good luck !
