I'd like to ask the possibility to install Ubuntu Touch at Samsung Galaxy S8/S8+/S9/S9+ or Note8 with the Docking Station Dex, please. It allows to attach the Ethernet directly and has HDMI cable connection built in. I believe it could be nice for Convergence with low radiation (via cable).

None of these devices are supported currently.
When any device becomes supported, which has USB-C with USB 3 and SlimPort (DisplayPort alt mode), it will work on the DeX docking station, or any other SlimPort dock. This is not something limited to Samsung's phones.
