I would like to compile the Ubuntu Phone system myself but I'm unable to find the device tree or vendor blobs for the Bq Aquaris M10 FHD. Are the sources publicly available? I couldn't find them on the GitHub repos. Thanks in advance.

The device tree and vendor blobs for retail Ubuntu Edition devices are not publicly available, no. This is why these devices still have the old recovery images, as well. We don't have the device/vendor trees to rebuild them.
