        Is it possible to run apps from the terminal using above sw?

          If you want to run arbitrary python CLI tools, it's best to do so using a Libertine container.

          See Shell Access in documentation for more info. You should use the libertine-launch form to get a shell as phablet user for normal use, and use libertine-container-manager to install packages, as sudo will not work or be usable (and installing it can break things).
