OnePlus One OTA-11 Wifi issue

I am a new owner of a used OnePlus One.
I have installed Ubuntu touch successfully.Thanks to UBports for keeping this project alive.
I have a Wifi issue. The connection is low and keeps disconnecting and reconnecting.

I have tried several without success.
I don't have a SIM card inserted yet.

I have tried that, it is a little bit better but not very good.I have also tried to install the latest LineageOS and the WIFI works flawlessly. So it is not a hardware issue.
Enabling only 2.4GHz Wifi does not help.
