-
@dobey hi can you add pictures on Here and ill show you what I'm on about
-
@dobey hi I've manage to do my profile picture with a image of what I mean
-
@kevafc That is a very old picture of how Ubuntu for Phones used to look when it first came out.
Things have moved on since the n. That look is no longer available.
-
@arubislander oh really ok thanks for your help but I'm a bit disappointed about that but things move on thanks
-
Thanks for the help and the explanation though !
-
@sneazzy95 did you have the same question then
-
@kevafc Right, that is a very old version of the dash and scopes, and those are gone in the upcoming release.
-
@dobey hi but that is what ubuntu was meant to be on the original ubuntu phones wasn't it where you didn't really have a home screen or did I have to buy a original version ubuntu phone to get that thanks for your help as well
-
@kevafc yes did you
-
@kevafc No. There is point where it was exactly what it was "meant to be," especially given designs were still changing when Canonical stopped development of the phone and such.
The purple version you're talking about was not on any Ubuntu Edition phones, no. It was very early pre-release designs. You cannot get it.
