      dear friends i tried to connect nexux 5 and oneplus 3t to external monitor i failed this the hub i used https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07RV1ZCWJ?tag=duckduckgo-brave-20&linkCode=osi&th=1&psc=1 any advice on how to do it ?

        I don't know if your adaptor is OK, plus Nexus5 does not have USB-C...

          That adapter will not work. Oneplus 3/3t does not support either Slimport nor MHL, and anything using DisplayLink will not work on any UT device.

          For Nexus 5, you need a Slimport adapter, and it can only do video and charge, nothing with USB hub will work with it.

              I just want to add that , me and some of my friends believe the world is heading to one mobile device do it all.
              so i strongly believe if we can extend mobiles working with UT to external monitor and connect it with mouse and keyboard similar to samsung dex where it will have more multi windows functions.
              will have a big difference in the future.
              i wish i was a programmer

                In theory the PinePhone has the outputs to do this. Not supported yet, and the A64 SoC might be a bit slow for Desktop app use. But probably your best bet with UT in the near future.
