Woke up to find libertine containers vanish

Title says it all really, did the OTA-12 upgrade yesterday morning, everything seemed ok, but today all my libertine containers had vanished when i woke up
been trying to search logs to find out why, but no sign of anything useful, can anyone suggest a log i shouldlook at?
