Oneplus 3T Images and group texts now come in with Date of 2/7/6

Group texts and images used to work correctly. As of June 27th the dates started getting funky, they always show up as the newest with a date of 2/7/06 with a timestamp of 12:28 AM
Anyone else experiencing this?
