US cloud services not GDPR compliant decides CJEU

Today is a great day, CJEU invalidates “Privacy Shield” (after previous Safe Harbor):

GDPR: "The General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) is a regulation in EU law on data protection and privacy in the European Union (EU) and the European Economic Area (EEA)."

I understand all the acronyms used in the article can be looked up, but it would increase comprehension and readability so much if they were spelt out, at least initially, like was done with DPA.
