Ubuntu touch instead of microsoft win10?

Is there a way to port Ubuntu touch to a Lumia 950? The hardware in that phone looks ok (?) and win10 for phones is not my cup of tea... Then, the Microsoft dock could be a nice feature to use with Ubuntu...
