      When is it expected that the OP1's camera and GPS will be functioning, and the FP2's GPS? Thanks.

        I've just installed to a OnePlus One and would also be keen to know this.

            @iamnotarobot I'm not aware of GPS not working on the FP2: https://github.com/ubports/ubports-touch/issues?utf8=✓&q=is%3Aissue is%3Aopen label%3A"device%3A FP2"

              @NeoTheThird when i posted my question this page was showing GPS in red and now it is changed to green;
              https://ubports.com/page/ubuntu-fairphone-2
              good outcome if correct (?).

              the Oneplus One page is still showing the camera and GPS in red;

                Oops, that was wrong. GPS has been working for a while. Sorry about that...

                That's correct. For camera, there's a fix in the works, but it's not done yet (sorry, i can't give you an ETA date, that would be pure speculation). GPS should work on Oneplus one as well, actually. We seem to be behind on updating the stuff on the website...

                  @NeoTheThird thanks for the updated position.

                  so the Fairphone 2 and the Nexus 5 are both fully working. is one handset a better overall experience than the other using UT?

                    The Nexus 5 has some problems with video recording, so i'd say the FP2 delivers a better experience. But of course, the FP2's price tag might influence your decision... Used Nexus 5 devices can be found pretty cheap. Both are an ok experience.
