Can't open attachments in email. The file is displayed at the bottom of the message but it can't be selected, nothing happens. Is this a known issue anybody?

@ziggutas : Hi maybe it depends on the file type or on the device. But I tested this a couple of minutes ago by receiving a *.png as attachment and I was able to open the attachment with my VollaPhone successfully. It took some time and I had to choose an appropriate app. I´m using Dekko 2 version 0.3.1. Maybe you get further information from Dekko telegram group https://t.me/DekkoUsersGroup

@Tellina Thanks for the link, I'll have to try later. I've got the motherboard of this phone out on the desk for attempting to fix a hardware issue! If all goes well, I'll be back.

@ziggutas Ok, so Dekko might be a smaller issue. Good luck!

I get this issue randomly on my Oneplus one. It mostly fails, but sometimes works.

@scottbouch Ah, thanks. So it may work randomly. I've tried a few filetypes including .png as suggested by @Tellina . I'll try clearing cache.

I've so far found zero patterns regarding file types or sizes, nor mobile data vs wifi, nor VPN or not.

Sometimes I get my file, mostly not.

Its a bit frustrating as I (edit: would like to) use my phone for email quite a lot, this coupled with the not sending emails on an equally random basis issue makes it quite unworkable.
